We are excited to announce that on April 2, 2015 the latest version of RiskTool will be released that includes our “Groups” functionality which allows you to categorize your user base and deliver tasks to select clusters of users.

Groups replaces “Organizations”, “Locations” and “Occupations” as methods to categorize your users. With this new functionality, your users can be placed into custom groupings to facilitate straightforward and effective assignment of tasks. Your existing infrastructure within RiskTool will be migrated to the new groups functionality, making the transition effortless.

To learn more about the specifics of how to use the new functionality, please review following support documentation:

Migration Details

Groups are located in the "Administration" tab where you will find the previously mentioned groupings have been migrated.  If you had previously set up and organization, locations or occupations in RiskTool they will be labeled in a similar fashion to the screenshot displayed below:

The number of users are displayed on the column on the right.  Users can be added/removed and groups can be edited by clicking into the group and managing the particulars about each.
