The System can be used to create your organizations own custom training.  This can be done either by using a Provided training or by creating your own from scratch.


Create New Training

  1. From the Home Page, select "Manage Training" located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. 
  2. Select "Create a New Course" located above the blue bar on the right-hand side of the screen right.
  3. On the details tab, enter the Name, select Language, Type, Description, and select at least one Content Group.
  4. Select Add to save
  5. When adding a new training, you must add at least one Exam Question (see directions below)
  6. You can now add any videos by selecting "Add" across from the Videos header
  7. You can now add any attachments by selecting "Add" across from the Attachments header
  8. Add recipients to the course
  9. When finished and ready to send out, select "Activate Course" located in the blue bar at the top of the screen


Adding Exam Questions
  1. Select "Edit" across from the heading Exam Questions
  2. Select "Add Question" located in the blue bar at the top of the page
  3. Enter text into question text box
  4. Select from Answer selection drop down - single or multiple choice
  5. Select from Points drop down to add additional weight to the question
  6. Add a type of question or select from drop down options
  7. Select "Add" to save   

Adding Exam Question Answers
  1. In the drop down menu across from each question select "Add Answer"  
  2. Enter Answer in text box
  3. Select Points, Type and enter any recommendations or the correct answer ( e.g. if an answer is correct, you would set the points to 100%.  If an answer is incorrect the points would be set at 0%)
  4. Select "Update" at the bottom of the screen
  5. Continue to add answers for the question in the same manner.
  6. Once all questions and answers are added, select Update to save


Editing Questions & Answers

  1. Next to the question or answer, select the drop down menu labeled Actions
  2. Select Edit
  3. Make changes and select Update


Reorganizing order of Questions & Answer

  1. Next to the question or answer, select the drop down menu labeled Actions
  2. Select Move Up or Move Down
