To set up a scheduled email of a report navigate the following steps from the Home tab in the System:

  1. Click "Administration"
  2. Click "Reports" under Company Profile
  3. Choose the report you would like to set up a scheduled email for
  4. Click the "Email" link in the upper right-hand corner of the grey area of the right side sidebar
  5. Choose your Output Type
    1. PDF - Adobe Acrobat or other Preview program will be required to read
    2. CSV - Files can open in a text reader, or more commonly Microsoft Excel is used
  6. Select your "Date Range/Schedule" frequency for reporting
    1. Daily - Sent each morning
    2. Weekly - Sent each Monday
    3. Monthly - Sent on the 1st of each Month
  7. Click "Save"
