To set up a scheduled email of a report navigate the following steps from the Home tab in the System:
- Click "Administration"
- Click "Reports" under Company Profile
- Choose the report you would like to set up a scheduled email for
- Click the "Email" link in the upper right-hand corner of the grey area of the right side sidebar
- Choose your Output Type
- PDF - Adobe Acrobat or other Preview program will be required to read
- CSV - Files can open in a text reader, or more commonly Microsoft Excel is used
- Select your "Date Range/Schedule" frequency for reporting
- Daily - Sent each morning
- Weekly - Sent each Monday
- Monthly - Sent on the 1st of each Month
- Click "Save"
