To view a report navigate the following steps from the Home tab in the System:
- Click "Administration"
- Click "Reports" under Company Profile
- Choose the report you would like to view, available reports are:
- System Usage - Usage by User
- Assignment - Assignments Activity
- Assignments - BPA - Results by BPA
- Assignments - BPA - Results by Location
- Assignments - BPA - Results by User
- Assignments - Inspection Checklists - Results by Inspection Checklist
- Assignments - Inspection Checklists - Results by Location
- Assignments - Inspection Checklists - Results by User
- Assignments - Training - Results by Training
- Assignments - Training - Results by Location
- Assignments - Training - Results by User
- Assignments - Policy - Results by Policy
- Assignments - Policy - Results by Location
- Assignments - Policy - Results by User
- The default results will show the most recent 30 days
- To change the time frame, click the "Search..." link on the left hand side of the light blue area under the date range
- Choose a new "Start Date" and "End Date" to select a new date range
- Click Search to refresh the statistics
