To view a report navigate the following steps from the Home tab in the System:

  1. Click "Administration"
  2. Click "Reports" under Company Profile
  3. Choose the report you would like to view, available reports are:
    1. System Usage - Usage by User
    2. Assignment - Assignments Activity
    3. Assignments - BPA - Results by BPA
    4. Assignments - BPA - Results by Location
    5. Assignments - BPA - Results by User
    6. Assignments - Inspection Checklists - Results by Inspection Checklist
    7. Assignments - Inspection Checklists - Results by Location
    8. Assignments - Inspection Checklists - Results by User
    9. Assignments - Training - Results by Training
    10. Assignments - Training - Results by Location
    11. Assignments - Training - Results by User
    12. Assignments - Policy - Results by Policy
    13. Assignments - Policy - Results by Location
    14. Assignments - Policy - Results by User
  4. The default results will show the most recent 30 days
  5. To change the time frame, click the "Search..." link on the left hand side of the light blue area under the date range
  6. Choose a new "Start Date" and "End Date" to select a new date range
  7. Click Search to refresh the statistics
